The Oneonta City Historian is in the on-going process of updating names on the World War II Honor Roll. The above image is the original monument that stood in front of the old Post Office, today's City Hall. However, the monument was removed sometime after 1950 and its whereabouts are still unknown. A framed Honor Roll was developed in 1943, but was missing several names, as the war wasn't finished until 1945.

Viewers are asked to looked at names below which were on the framed Honor Roll, as well as new names accumulated over the last few years by the City Historian's research. If there are any errors or missing names, please contact the historian.
